Woosah Blankets are available in 3 weight sizes: 5kg, 7kg and 9kg.
We recommend that;
5kg weighted blankets for body weight between 35kg โ 55kg.
7kg weighted blankets for body weight between 55kg ย โ 80kg.
9kg weighted blankets for body weight 80kg and over.
