We recommend that;
5kg weighted blankets for body weight between 35kg – 55kg.
7kg weighted blankets for body weight between 55kg – 80kg.
9kg weighted blankets for body weight 80kg and over.
Woosah Weighted Blankets are fully machine washable. Please refer to the washing label and care instructions attached on your blanket and covers for directions?
